General Terms

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To create an account and use 899bd services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any requirement may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 899bd strictly enforces age verification and will request government-issued ID documents before processing your first withdrawal.

Account Registration and Use

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 899bd platform. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, multi-accounting) for any purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 899bd discovers that you have registered or operated more than one account, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately without prior notice.
• Void all bets placed through duplicate accounts, regardless of outcome.
• Confiscate any winnings, bonuses, or accumulated balances in duplicate accounts.
• Permanently ban you from the 899bd platform, preventing future account registration using your identity documents or payment methods.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 899bd account. This includes but is not limited to choosing a strong password, enabling two-factor authentication if available, and ensuring that you log out of your account when using shared or public devices. You must immediately notify 899bd customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

Prohibited Uses

When using the 899bd platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal or financial information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the platform by third parties; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 899bd platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

• Contact our support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or through your account dashboard. Provide detailed information about your complaint including relevant transaction IDs, dates, and screenshots if applicable.
• We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. Complex cases may require additional investigation time.

• For sports betting disputes, official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies are considered final and binding.

Account Closure and Suspension

899bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy referenced herein.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity including money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) when requested, or inability to verify the source of funds.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

You may request to self-exclude your account for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period.

To request self-exclusion, contact our support team. We will process your request within 24 hours. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Amendment of Terms

899bd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. We will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the 899bd platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
• If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may close your account. Continued use after modification indicates your acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 899bd platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which 899bd is registered, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
